Then, please sign and then export as a PDF the form for the retreat. Afterwards, upload it to the Google form.

Finally, fill out the Google form.

After these steps, you will be sent an email with a welcome and an invite to the Discord server which is an effective way to connect with your fellow attendees and plan for the event.

We will have spreadsheets for event information, games we are bringing, and other important information to share with you.

Join us for a gaming retreat in Covington, Kentucky, March 5–8, 2027! We’ll have exclusive space reserved just for our group, giving everyone plenty of time and room to play games, meet other gamers, and enjoy a relaxed weekend together. Your retreat experience includes three breakfasts, Friday night pizza and grilling out, and a Sunday buffet, so you can focus on gaming and having a great time. Accommodations are included, although some guests may be paired with a roommate, and space is limited. Once the available spots are filled, registration will close, so reserve your place early!

Participants aged 14+ are welcome with a parent or guardian present and attending.

We will hold to a strict no harassment policy, as determined by the event organizers. We aim to be a welcoming space for gamers.

❋ Easy Meals

With 5 meals planned, a full service kitchen available, and easy access to the Cincinnati metro area, meals are a breeze. Order Door-dash or fix a community or private meal.

We will have snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available the entire event.

We will bring approximately 75-100 games. You will get a first look at some exciting new titles and prototypes or you can play your favorites. We have access to over 3,000 titles you can choose from for us to brign.

This retreat will be a first come, first served for reservations. We will be hosting as few as 12 people, and as many as 18 depending on couples. Couples sharing a bed will receive a reduced price. 3 private rooms are available to book, all other will be dorm style with individual bed assignments.
